The Board of Directors of REE Corporation (“Company” or “REE”) officially announces:
Mr. Huynh Thanh Hai will resign from the position of General Director of REE Corporation from July 1st, 2024. The Board of Directors sincerely thanks Mr. Huynh Thanh Hai for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure.
After searching for and selecting potential candidates, the Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Mr. Le Nguyen Minh Quang to the position of General Director of REE and as the Company’s legal representative for a term of three (03) years starting from July 1st, 2024.
Mr. Le Nguyen Minh Quang holds a Ph.D. in Construction from Ecole Centrale Paris, France, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (Singapore) and the Kennedy School of Government (Harvard University, USA).
The Board of Directors believes that with his deep expertise, strategic vision, and extensive experience, Mr. Le Nguyen Minh Quang will lead REE in maintaining its growth, achieving new sustainable goals, and seizing many opportunities ahead to create the best value for the Company in the future.
We assure that this change will not affect the Company’s business operations.
